This Privacy Policy explains how HowToBoostMetabolism.com (“we”, “us”, “our”), operated by Tamara Yedigaryan (Yerevan, Armenia), collects, uses and protects information when you visit https://howtoboostmetabolism.com. Contact: info@howtoboostmetabolism.com.

1. Information we collect

  • Information you provide: your email address when you subscribe to our newsletter, and anything you include when you email us.
  • Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed and time on site, collected through server logs, cookies and similar technologies.

2. Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We use essential cookies (site functionality and remembering your consent choices), analytics cookies and advertising cookies. You can manage consent through our cookie banner and delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site works.

3. Advertising: Google AdSense and third-party ad cookies

We use, or may use, Google AdSense to display advertisements. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website and other websites.

  • Google’s use of advertising cookies, including the DoubleClick (DART) cookie, enables Google and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
  • Third-party vendors and ad networks may also place and read cookies, web beacons and similar technologies on your browser, or use IP addresses, to collect information as a result of ad serving on this site.
  • You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google’s Ads Settings (https://adssettings.google.com). You can also opt out of a third-party vendor’s use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info (https://www.aboutads.info/choices) and, in the EU, www.youronlinechoices.eu.
  • If you opt out, you may still see ads, but they will not be personalized based on your browsing.
  • Learn more in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland will be asked for consent through a Google-certified consent management platform before personalized ads cookies are used.

4. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (for example pages visited, session length and approximate location). Google Analytics uses cookies and processes data as described in Google’s Privacy Policy. You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Our newsletter and free starter kit are delivered through MailerLite (MailerLite Limited, EU). You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email or by writing to us. See MailerLite’s Privacy Policy.

6. Affiliate links (ClickBank, Amazon and others)

Some links on this site are affiliate links, including links to products sold through ClickBank and the Amazon Associates program. When you click such a link, the merchant or affiliate network may set cookies or use tracking parameters to attribute a purchase to us. We do not receive your payment details or personal purchase information. Purchases are governed by the merchant’s own terms and privacy policy (e.g. ClickBank Privacy Policy). See our Affiliate Disclosure.
